Doucette, 54, of Lake Rd., Brockport, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, following an investigation into a one car accident on Reuben road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on December 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doucette was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on December 23, 2019 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brandon G. Rindell, 38, of W. Main St., Corfu, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, after his vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the Village of Corfu on W. Main street on December 12, 2019 at 8:09p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rindell was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Village of Corfu Court on December 16, 2019 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthew G. Vandyne, 57, of Purdy Rd., Canandaigua, NY, is charged with DWI, 2nd offense, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, prior conviction, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, after an investigation on Rt. 237 in Byron on December 14, 2019 at 12:46a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vandyne allegedly operated a motor vehicle while he was allegedly intoxicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vandyne was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on January 6, 2020 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baillie M.
