Katty L. Jackson, 23, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, criminal mischief 4th, strangulation 2nd and unlawful imprisonment 2nd following an investigation in to a physical domestic incident with her live-in boyfriend on East Main street on December 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jackson was arraigned in City Court on December 8, 2019 and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. Jackson is scheduled to re-appear in court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todd J. Pangrazio, 43, of Annamarie Ter., Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and passing a red light after he was observed allegedly passing a steady red light signal at the intersection of Main and Court street on December 15, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A traffic stop was conducted and it was determined that Pangrazio possessed a suspended NY non driver ID, with 10 or more scoffs, on 10 or more dates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was issued an appearance ticket and released on recognizance. Pangrazio will appear in City Court on December 18, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicole R. Griffin, 37, of State St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a physical altercation inside a local business at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, in December 14, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Griffin was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bleyke Z. Culver, 23, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly threatening another person with unwanted physical contact during a domestic incident on Walnut street on December 10, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Culver was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 24, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle L. Sahr, 52, of N. Main St., Albion, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly repeatedly showing up at a residence after being told each time to leave. The incident occurred on December 8, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sahr was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in City Court on December 17, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric J. McGill, 36, of Hutchins Pl., Batavia, is charged with trespass on December 14, 2019 after entering a local business after previously being banned from the property at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McGill was issued an appearance ticket and released. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vincent A. Sanfrantello, 53, of Liberty St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court on December 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was processed and arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
