Lawson, 35, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th for allegedly stealing a purse from Delres Green House on May 19, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The purse contained a debit card. money and personal papers.<\/p>\n<p>Lawson was located down the street and taken into custody.<\/p>\n<p>Property located in a wooded area that belonged to the victim was returned.<\/p>\n<p>She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 5, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>James K. Clarke, 26, of 4th Section Rd., Brockport, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operation of a vehicle without an interlock device and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd after a traffic stop for several NYS vehicle and traffic citations on North Bergen road in Bergen on May 20, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Clarke was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on June 7, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>John P. Daley, 36, of\u00a0 Alleghany Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, a muffler violation, refusal to submit to a breath test and felony DWI\/ with a previous conviction within 10 years, after a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in the Town of Alabama on May 21, 2017 for a muffler violation.<\/p>\n<p>Daley was jailed on no bail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Michale P. Bartovich, 34, of Burncoat Way, Pittsford, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after being stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation in the Town of Oakfield on Rt. 63 on May 20, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>After an investigation, a quantity of marijuana was located in the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Bartovich was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on June 12, 2017 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jolene M.
