Jeremy M. Fairbanks, 41, of Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with strangulation 2nd following an investigation into a domestic dispute on Jackson street on December 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fairbanks was arraigned in City Court and ordered to be held without bail at the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He re-appeared in court on December 19, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edward G. Ruckdeschel, 57, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle 2nd, grand larceny 4th and criminal possession of stolen property 4th, after a stolen vehicle complaint on December 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruckdeschel allegedly stole a vehicle from a parking lot of a business in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in City Court and held without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruckdeschel re-appeared in court on December 17, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jose Fuentes, 39, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident at 278 Bank street on December 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
