Police are on location with a vehicle that was slowly rolling down the road with a driver in and out of consciousness on Marsh road in Bethany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputy on location has managed to make entry into the vehicle as it was reportedly locked. Two doses of narcan have been administered.}<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reid was released on uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in Bethany Town Court on January 7, 2019 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David M. Martin, 59, of Scotts Crescent Dr., Scottsville, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd after a larceny complaint on Liberty street in Batavia on November 22, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martin was arraigned in City Court on December 22, 2019 and released on his own recognizance. He will return to court on January 6, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
