Martin has one suspension dated 11\/30\/2019 for failure to pay fine out of Cattaraugus County, Town of Franklinville. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martin was issued an appearance ticket\/uniform traffic ticket with a return court date of  January 6, 2020 in the Town of Gainesville Court.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leanne Coleman, 37, of Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon on December 17, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coleman was stopped by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office after a registration check of her vehicle showed the inspection had expired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the stop, it was found that Coleman had a suspended license and unable to operate the vehicle. Coleman is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operation, and uninspected motor vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Sheldon Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputy responded to Route 19 in the Town of Middlebury for a car versus deer accident on December 16, 2019. The driver of the vehicle, Nicholas Pratt, 24, of Wyoming, NY, was found to have a suspended non driver ID. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pratt was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd.
