On May 20, 2017 at 9:49pm, Brandon Griffin, 23, of\u00a0 Hornell, was stopped on S. Main Street by Officer Gregory Smith for driving with one headlight. <\/span><\/p>\n

During the stop , it was discovered that Griffin was operating with a suspended
\ndriver\u2019s license and had a previous conviction for operating with a suspended driver\u2019s license.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Griffin was taken into custody and arraigned in front of Justice Rhodes for aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and operating
\nwith one headlight. <\/span><\/p>\n

He was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in court at a
