Scott, 51, of Thurston Rd., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and speeding in a zone on Main street on December 29, 2019 at 2:48a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scott was observed operating a vehicle in excess of the posted 30mph speed limit and a traffic stop was conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scott possessed a revoked non driver ID with 10 or more scoffs on 10 or more dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scott was issued an appearance ticket and was released on recognizance and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 15, 2020 at 9:00a.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James F. Perry, 34, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a domestic incident on State street on December 27, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perry allegedly damaged a front door at an apartment, in full violation of an order of protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was located walking on Washington avenue and was released on an appearance ticket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perry is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 14, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Randy K. Wilmet, 43, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful imprisonment after he allegedly prevented a person from leaving a residence on Bank street on December 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wilmet was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in court on January 16, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lisa M.
