Pesci, 25, of Broadway Ave., Alden, is charged with DWI, failure to use designated lane, driving on the sidewalk and unreasonable speed following a property damage accident on S. Main street on January 3, 2020 at 2:05a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pesci was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 22, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nathan E. Hinze, 26, of Clifton Ave, Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI after a property damage motor vehicle accident on East avenue on January 4, 2020 at 2:19a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hinze is accused of damaging a telephone pole with his vehicle. Hinze and his vehicle were located at a residence on Farwell drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 22, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>William J.
