Main street on January 7, 2020 at 1:40a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robinson was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance. He scheduled to re-appear in court on January 16, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brian N. Miles, 24, of Sixth St., Rochester, was turned over to Batavia Police by the Monroe County Sheriff&#8217;s Office on January 7, 2020, and arrested on a bench warrant from December 12, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miles was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was released on his own recognizance.
