Mickey A. Jacobs, 24, of Lone Rode, Basom, is charged with strangulation 2nd, a class D felony, assault 3rd(2 counts) and endangering the welfare of a child(3 counts) after he allegedly held the throat of another person and struck that person in the face several times while in the presence of children on May 15, 2017 at 11:40p.m.<\/p>\n

During the physical confrontation, Jacobs allegedly struck another person in the face also, causing physical injury to that person’s face.<\/p>\n

Jacobs was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and jailed on lieu of $20,000 bail and will re-appear in court on June 2, 2017 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
