While on patrol on Route 77 in the Town of Bennington on May 24, 2017, Deputy A. J. Previty stopped Jenna R. Holly, 32, of Angelica, NY for speeding in a zone.<\/p>\n

Further investigation revealed that Holly had been allegedly consuming an alcoholic beverage within the vehicle. She was put through field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI.<\/p>\n

Holly was transported to the Warsaw Police Department for a breath test.<\/p>\n

Deputy Previty issued the following uniform traffic tickets for speeding in a zone, consumption of an alcoholic beverage\/possession of an open container, DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more<\/p>\n

Holly was released to a sober third party and is to appear in the Town of Bennington Court at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
