Pearl St., Oakfield, turned himself in at the Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office on January 26th, to be charged with falsely reporting an incident 2nd, after a January 17, 2020 incident at 8204 Park road, the Citgo Gas Station, in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devos allegedly told patrons and store staff that there was an impending occurrence of an explosion in the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devos was processed at the Jail and released on an appearance ticket.
