Douglas J. Huppe, 45, of Castile, was arrested on January 27, 2020 by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office following a 911 complaint of a domestic violence incident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Huppe is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief in the 4th degree, menacing in the 3rd degree, and attempted assault in the 3rd degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Huppe was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Castile Court on February 3rd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assisting at the scene was the New York State Parks Police. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a traffic stop on Eddy Road in the Town of Gainesville on January 27, 2020, Christopher T. Bannister, 48, of Gainesville was found to be operating a UTV on a public roadway with a revoked driver\u2019s license. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bannister was placed under arrest and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree, unlicensed operator , unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, and operating without insurance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bannister was released with appearance tickets and is to appear in Gainesville Town Court on February 3, 2020 to answer to the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A larceny investigation has led to the arrest of Johnathan M. Falk, 21, of Perry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office was contacted by Walmart in the Town of Warsaw regarding a male who was on surveillance video stealing $37.84 in merchandise from the store on January 27, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following an investigation, Falk was arrested outside his residence in the Village of Perry for the theft. He was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office for processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Falk is charged with petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket, and then released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
All the stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the store. Falk is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Warsaw Court on February 10, 2020. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
