Beitz nearly struck a Sheriff deputy’s patrol car. She was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beitz will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 13, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jacoby L. Green, 20, of Lake St., Perry, is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely after a one vehicle crash on Perry road in Pavilion on January 29, 2020 at 4:56a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Green was arraigned in the Town of Pavilion court and will re-appear in court on February 4, 2020 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies checked on his vehicle that was stopped on the south shoulder of the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
