Merrill, 46, of Bernd Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to obey a traffic control device, after deputies responded to a call for a vehicle off the road on Junction road in Pavilion on January 25, 2020 at 2:23a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon arrival, the driver of the vehicle was attempting to drive his vehicle out of the ditch. After further investigation, Merrill was arrested and charged with DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Merrill will appear in Pavilion Town Court on February 4, 2020 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerald R. Soule, 28, of Woodstock Ln., Brockport, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed over 55 mph and refusal to take a breath test, after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Bergen on February 1, 2020 at 1:37a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soule was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in Bergen Town Court on February 5, 2020 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phillip A.
