Tagg, 41, of Medina, NY, for aggravated DWI, and driving with a BAC over 0.18% in a commercial vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers investigating an erratic operation complaint discovered a ten-wheel dump truck off the roadway on Martin Road in the town of Machias and determined that Tagg had been operating the vehicle while allegedly in an extremely intoxicated condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was unable to complete standardized field sobriety tests due to his level of intoxication. Tagg was then arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.31% BAC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tagg was issued appearance tickets for Machias Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS RELEASEOn January 30, 2020, State Police in Machias arrested Stephen D.
