Kasper, 49, of Judge Rd., Oakfield, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, drinking alcohol in a vehicle on a highway and failure to keep right after a traffic stop on Bank street on February 1, 2020 at 1:10a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kasper was arrested and released on appearance tickets and is due in court on February 19, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joshua S. Martaus, 36, of Liberty St., Batavia , is charged with petit larceny after a larceny investigation at a business at 300 Ellicott street on January 25, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martaus was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 18, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rae C. Cook, 30, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection on January 31, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook will appear in City Court on February 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kelly A.
