{"id":13779,"date":"2020-02-05T09:18:35","date_gmt":"2020-02-05T14:18:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/?p=13779"},"modified":"2020-02-05T09:18:35","modified_gmt":"2020-02-05T14:18:35","slug":"wyoming-county-a-faulty-wood-stove-chimney-is-the-cause-of-a-house-fire-in-castile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/index.php\/2020\/02\/05\/wyoming-county-a-faulty-wood-stove-chimney-is-the-cause-of-a-house-fire-in-castile\/","title":{"rendered":"WYOMING COUNTY\/A faulty wood stove chimney is the cause of a house fire in Castile"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A faulty wood stove chimney is the cause of a house fire in the Town of Castile at 4046 Rt. 39 late Tuesday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perry, Perry Center, Castile, Gainesville, Silver Springs, Leicester and Wyoming County Emergency Services along with Perry Police responded to the Candy Kenyon residence about 11:55p.m. and were on scene about 2.5 hours to contain a fire in the wall area of a wood stove vent system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Kenyon was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation and was not transported to the hospital. One firefighter was transported to WCCH for a medical emergency that occurred while at the fire scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wyoming County Office of Emergency Services says the estimated loss in the blaze was $15,000. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A faulty wood stove chimney is the cause of a house fire in the Town of Castile at 4046 Rt. 39 late Tuesday night.
