Santiago, 23, of River St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and a muffler violation after a traffic stop in Ellicott street in Batavia on January 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation it was discovered that Santiago was allegedly in possession of a quantity of marijuana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued appearance tickets to appear in City Court on February 12, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orin A. Dinkins, 47, of Glenville Dr., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration after a traffic stop on Oak street on February 5, 2020 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on February 25, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Antonio J.
