HE IS CHARGED WITH:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (CLASS B FELONIES). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (CLASS B FELONIES). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SCOTT JR. WAS ARRAIGNED IN ORLEANS COUNTY COURT BY THE HON. SANFORD CHURCH AND WAS RELEASED DUE TO THE NEW YORK STATE BAIL REFORM LAWS. SCOTT JR. IS TO RETURN TO ORLEANS COUNTY COURT ON FEBRUARY 27, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF\u2019S DEPT.
