Missel, 69, of Mill Rd., West Seneca, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly kicking in a door at a residence on Tinkham road in Darien and causing damage to the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on February 6, 2020 at 4:48p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Missel was arraigned in Darien Town Court and released on recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on February 11, 2020 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travis G. Hawley, 28, of Willow St., Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unlicensed driver and moving from a lane unsafely after a car vs. pole accident at 1299 Bloomingdale road in the Town of Alabama on February 1, 2020 at 7:51a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hawley was arrested and issued tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on February 26, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Donald E.
