Reynolds, 28, of Ganson Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, speed not reasonable and prudent, and moving from a lane unsafely, after deputies responded to a vehicle off the roadway at 8068 Lewiston road in the Town of Batavia at 12:26a.m. on February 16, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following an investigation, Reynolds was taken into custody and charged.
