Ian J. Blake, 30, of Liberty St., Batavia, was picked up on an active bench warrant out of Family Court during a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Corfu on June 1, 2017.<\/p>\n
During the stop he was also found to possess a quantity of marijuana exceeding 25 grams and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana 5th.<\/p>\n
Blake was released on an appearance ticket for the marijuana charge and then taken into custody by the Sheriff’s Office on the Family Court warrant.<\/p>\n
Blake will appear in Corfu Village Court on the marijuana charge on July 10, 2017.<\/p>\n

A 17 year old female, of Perry, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a complaint at Wal-mart on May 28, 2017.<\/p>\n
The teen was allegedly found to possess a small quantity of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n
She will appear in Batavia Town Court on June 26, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Andrew S. Bradstreet, 26, of Telegraph Rd., Holley, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and registration plate violation following a traffic stop on Searls road in Byron on May 31, 2017.<\/p>\n
Bradstreet allegedly possessed a small quantity of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in Byron Town Court June 7, 2017 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n
