Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with menacing 3rd and harassment 2nd following a domestic incident at a local motel on West Main street on February 18, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davis allegedly put the victim in fear of physical injury by placing his hands on the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davis was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court by Judge Williams and will re-appear in court on March 17, 2020 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tonya M. Ficarella, 33, of Lovers Lane Rd., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident that occurred on Lovers Lane road on February 13, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ficarella allegedly struck a male in the face during a physical altercation in front of a 3 year old child according to deputies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 5, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shaquille L.
