On February 11, 2020, Troopers out of SP Albion responded to Champs Mini Mart on Ridge Road in the town of Ridgeway for a fraud complaint.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pictured suspect goes into the store and buys a $2 in Lotto ticket and attempts to pay with a $100 bill.\u00a0 During the transaction, the suspect asks for different denominations of the bills for change, ultimately getting $150 back. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pictured black male is suspected throughout Niagara County with other Law Enforcement agencies of doing the same scam to cashiers.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
