On February 11, 2020, State Police in Machias arrested Kyle J. Killian, 24, of Arcade, NY, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC Over 0.18%, driving while ability impaired by drugs, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troopers investigating an October 12, 2019 one-car accident on Route 39 in the town of Yorkshire, determined Killian had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Killian was transported to Erie County Medical Center for treatment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toxicology reports revealed Killian to have a 0.19% BAC and showed the presence of THC and benzodiazepines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Yorkshire Town Court next month to answer the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
