Terrance L. Falk, 21, of Woods Meadow Lane, Rochester, was sentenced to 3 years in state prison and 2 years of post release supervision after pleading guilty to assault 2nd, a class D felony, on November 26, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faulk was originally charged with gang assault 1st and harassment 2nd after an investigation into a fight on Highland Park on October 4, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders of protection were also issued until 2032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riley B. Mayer, 21, of S. Main St., Batavia, was also charged with gang assault 1st during the same incident on Highland Park on October 4, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayer was placed on interim probation\/supervision after his sentencing was adjourned during an appearance in County Court this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayer will be sentenced in the matter on December 1, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
