Daniel J. Lewis, 24, of Genesee St., Lima, NY, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into recent car larcenies in the Town of Batavia on February 3, 2020 just after midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lewis is accused of entering a motor vehicle parked on Stringham Drive and stealing property from within the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lewis was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 27, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lewis is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail on other charges and incidents since January 29, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry T. Gibson, 55, of Watson St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at Kohls Department store at 4170 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on February 21, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gibson allegedly stole three bottles of cologne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
