MacPherson, 30, of Gully Rd., LeRoy, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after being found sleeping behind the wheel of a vehicle at 99 Jackson street on February 23, 2020 at 3:03a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MacPherson was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. She will appear in City Court on March 4, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dan M. Carter, 58, of Leopard St., Rochester, is charged with identity theft following a disturbance complaint on West Main street on February 24, 2020. The original incident occurred on February 28, 2017 on Walnut street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carter was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance. He is due in court later today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shannon M. Armstead, 26, of Bloomingdale Rd., Akron, was arrested on a City Court warrant after being located by State Police. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warrant was issued following an investigation into a disturbance on October 1, 2019 on West Main street. Armstead allegedly threw paint on a car. Armstead was charged with criminal mischief 2nd, petit larceny, criminal tampering 3rd and harassment 2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Armstead was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and will re-appear in court on March 12, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heather K.
