Saul Godoy, 36, of Byron, was charged with assault 3rd, intent to cause physical injury, and 5 counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, after domestic dispute in the Town of Byron on February 21, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Godoy was released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brandi R. Amoia, 22, of Hamburg, NY, was charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more in the Town of Sheldon on February 21, 2020 on Rt. 20A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

William D. Bergman, 21, of Spencerport, was charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more in the Town of Oakfield on February 29, 2020 on Lockport road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
