Jeremy C. J. Newton, 28, of Greenfield Rd., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana\/weight more than 25 grams and failure to stop at a stop sign after a traffic stop at 39 S. Lake street in Bergen on June 4, 2017.<\/p>\n
Newton allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and was allegedly in possession of an amount of marijuana exceeding 25 grams.<\/p>\n
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on July 5, 2017 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Morabito was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on August 2, 2017.<\/p>\n

Maier was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on July 18, 2017 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n
