{"id":14454,"date":"2020-03-02T18:34:05","date_gmt":"2020-03-02T23:34:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/?p=14454"},"modified":"2020-03-02T18:34:05","modified_gmt":"2020-03-02T23:34:05","slug":"wyoming-county-sheriffs-report-fillmore-woman-found-driving-on-a-suspended-license","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/index.php\/2020\/03\/02\/wyoming-county-sheriffs-report-fillmore-woman-found-driving-on-a-suspended-license\/","title":{"rendered":"WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF&#8217;S REPORT\/Fillmore woman found driving on a suspended license"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On February 22, 2020, deputies were stationary in the Village of Castile when a vehicle was observed traveling over the speed limit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies identified the driver as Diane Kelly, 36, of Fillmore, NY, and a data check showed Kelly had a suspended license. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A vehicle and traffic enforcement stop was conducted and Kelly was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kelly was issued appearance tickets for speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Castile Court at a later date.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On February 22, 2020, while deputies were on a welfare check complaint in the Town of Castile, Justin L. Tilton, 33, of Castile, NY, was observed operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tilton had pulled the vehicle into a residence where deputies were located and a data check showed Tilton was suspended. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tilton was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree and released with an appearance ticket.
