Clark, 51, of Linden Rd., Bethany, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly shining a light into a person&#8217;s window over a prolonged and repeated period of time on Linden road on March 2, 2020 at 11:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clark was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Bethany Town Court on March 17, 2020 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eric H. Hess, 34, of Wells Rd, Little Genesee, NY, is charged with tampering with physical evidence, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd following a traffic stop in the Town of LeRoy on Perry road on February 25, 2020 at 12:35a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess was a passenger in the vehicle and allegedly was in possession of marijuana and cocaine, and was attempting to allegedly destroy such evidence after being detained by deputies on scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hess will appear in LeRoy Town Court on March 19, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>John C.
