On February 28, 2020, the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force and members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jerome, aka “Rome” Edmonds, 27, of Turner St., Rochester, on a Genesee County Court Indictment Warrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The arrest concluded an investigation into the transportation, sale and possession of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edmonds is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, with intent to sell, and criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in Genesee County Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Genesee County District Attorney’s Office assisted in the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justin T. Gladney Sr., 30, of North Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on a Genesee County Probation Warrant on February 28, 2020, by members of the Local Drug Task Force and members of the Batavia Police Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gladney was allegedly found in possession of a quantity of cocaine and marijuana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gladney was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia City Court on March 10, 2020 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
