Thurley, 38, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany, is charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, and falsifying business records 1st, a class E felony, after she allegedly stole money from a business at which she was employed in Pavilion, located at 6316 Telephone road, the Sunoco Gas Station, on April 22, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Thurley allegedly made false entries into the business records of the company in an effort to conceal the theft.<\/p>\n<p>She was arraigned in Pavilion Town Court and released under the the supervision of Genesee Justice on June 6, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Bethany woman has been arrested and charged after being accused of taking money from her employer in Pavilion.
