Simcick, 26, of Keeney Rd., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to stop at a stop sign and moving from a lane unsafely, after being stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation on Perry road in Pavilion on March 8, 2020 at 1:11a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simcick was released on appearance tickets and is due in Pavilion Town Court on March 17, 2020 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputy Ken Quackenbush was assisted by Deputy Austin Heberlein and the LeRoy Police Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jessica L. Revier, 35, of Hall Rd., Holley, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign and speed not reasonable and prudent, after allegedly driving her vehicle off the roadway on North Bergen road on March 7, 2020 at 7:13a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revier was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on March 16, 2020 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Baltazar De La Rosa Sifuentes, 26, of Parkland Creek Ln., Chili, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely following an investigation into a single car motor vehicle accident in the Town of Stafford on Clinton street road at 8:45p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sifuentes was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on March 17, 2020 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael R.
