Jeffrey J. Matson, 44, of Perry, was arrested following a domestic incident on Oatka Road in the Town of Perry on March 7, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matson is alleged to have violated an order of protection during a domestic incident by pushing a female victim, taking her phone to prevent an emergency phone call to police, and committing these acts in the presence of a five year old child. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matson was arrested and charged with one count of each of the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Criminal Contempt in the First Degree <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aggravated Family Offense <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Endangering the Welfare of a Child <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Harassment in the Second Degree <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matson was arraigned in the Town of Perry Court where he was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $2,500.00 cash bail, $5,000.00 bond, or $10,000.00 partially secured bond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
