Tomlin, 22, of E Main St, Batavia, NY, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Attempted Assault 2nd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and Resisting Arrest for allegedly fighting in the street and then fighting with officers.<\/p>\n<p>A 16 year old was arrested for Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd.<\/p>\n<p>Anderson and the 16 year old were released with appearance tickets returnable to Batavia City Court on June 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p>Tomlin was arraigned before Judge Rogers and held with no bail.<\/p>\n<p>Tomlin was transported to the Genesee County Jail to re-appear in Batavia City Court on June 12, 2017 at 1:30 PM.<\/p>\n<p>The individual who shot the BB gun was a juvenile.<\/p>\n<p>There was at least one injury resulting from the shots. The victim was treated and released from United Memorial Medical Center.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>If any further information develops in the case, the details will not be released until next week.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information in reference to the case may contact Det.
