David P Brehaut, 55, of Warsaw, was arrested and charged with DWI and failure to keep right following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Bacon Road in the Town of Perry on March 15, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brehaut was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Perry Court on April 1st, 2020 at 6:00p.m.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assisting at the scene were Perry Village Police Department, Town of Perry Ambulance, Perry Fire Department and Perry Center Fire Department. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 14, 2020, Deputies were patrolling southbound on Route 19 when a vehicle was observed traveling northbound at 108 mph, in the Town of Pike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A vehicle and traffic enforcement stop was initiated and the driver was identified as Levi Miller, 20, of Perry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After further investigation, Miller was arrested for displaying a forged inspection and was issued appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
