Wilkinson, 33, of East Bethany, NY, for DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Middlebury Road, town of Middlebury and determined that Wilkinson was allegedly impaired by alcohol and administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests, which he subsequently failed.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wilkinson was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated by alcohol and processed at SP Warsaw.\u00a0 A chemical breath test revealed Wilkinson to have a 0.15% BAC.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wilkinson was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Middlebury Court later this month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On March 11, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Keith H.
