William A. Gruschow II, 37, of Union St., Spencerport, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly passing a harassing note to an employee at Batavia Downs, the employee became alarmed.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on June 10, 2017.<\/p>\n
Gruschow II was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 10, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Charles E. Schmidt, 46, of Alexander Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly striking another person at the Genesee County Fairgrounds on June 10, 2017.<\/p>\n
Schmidt was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Batavia Town Court on June 19, 2017.<\/p>\n

AR-Rahmaan M. Jones, 36, of East Ave., LeRoy is charged with two counts\u00a0 of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the City of Batavia on June 9, 2017.<\/p>\n
Jones was stopped on Ellicott avenue and arrested by the Genesee County Drug Task Force after Jones was allegedly found in possession of cocaine, a quantity of pills and marijuana.<\/p>\n
Jones also had an active arrest warrant issued out of City Court.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n
Uniformed officers from the Batavia Police Department assisted with the investigation.<\/p>\n
