An Oakfield woman was arrested following a domestic incident on Royce Road in the Town of Sheldon on June 6, 2017.<\/p>\n
Crystal L. Lawrence, 32, of Maltby Rd., Oakfield,\u00a0 was alleged to have entered an ex-boyfriend\u2019s residence using a credit card, and while inside Lawrence broke a television, a cell phone, and the kitchen table.<\/p>\n
The complaint was reported the following day when Lawrence was no longer at the residence.<\/p>\n
Lawrence was arrested on June 9, 2017 after a warrant was issued for her arrest by the Town of Sheldon Court.<\/p>\n
She was arraigned in the Town of Sheldon Court where bail was set in the amount of $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 bond.<\/p>\n
Lawrence was taken to the Wyoming County Jail, and she is scheduled to return to the Town of Sheldon Court on June 19, 2017 for further proceedings.<\/p>\n

Donald A. Callaro, 53, of N. Main St., Silver Springs, was arrested following the report of a vehicle in the ditch on Silver Springs Road near Evans Road in the Town of Gainesville on June 8, 2017.<\/p>\n
A call was taken reporting that a vehicle had nearly forced another motorist off the roadway by driving in the oncoming lane.<\/p>\n
The erratically driven vehicle swerved back across it’s lane and into the ditch.<\/p>\n
Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrived on scene and interviewed Callaro.<\/p>\n
Callaro reported a stranger had been driving his vehicle while he was in the passenger seat, despite the eyewitness having just observed Callaro driving without any passengers in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Callaro failed field sobriety testing and was taken into custody for DWI.<\/p>\n
Callaro was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office where he was charged with aggravated DWI \u2013 BAC .18 or higher, driving with .08% BAC or higher, DWI, reckless driving, failed to keep right, moved from lane unsafely, and falsely reporting an incident 3rd.<\/p>\n
Callaro was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set at $1,500.00 cash or $4,000.00 bond.\u00a0 He is scheduled to return to the Town of Gainesville Court on June 26, 2017 for further proceedings.<\/p>\n
