Metz, 48, of Batavia, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree (C Felony), Menacing 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree, Reckless Endangerment 2<sup>nd<\/sup> degree and Criminal Mischief 4<sup>th<\/sup> degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On April 4, 2020, Troopers responded to a 911 report of a possible domestic on Batavia Oakfield Town Line Road in the town of Oakfield.&nbsp; Further investigation revealed that Metz threatened the victim with a weapon and fired multiple rounds in the residence.&nbsp; Metz was arrested and transported to SP Batavia for processing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metz was arraigned at the town of Oakfield Court and remanded to Genesee County Jail on $2,500 cash, $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The NYSP Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) assisted in this investigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Press release On April 4, 2020, Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested William R.
