On April 3, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brian J. Whitton, 60, of Warsaw, for DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On April 3, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Stevens Road, town of Warsaw. Troopers located Whitton, who showed signs of intoxication and had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered on scene, which Whitton subsequently failed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whitton was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and processed at SP Warsaw. A chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.14% BAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
