A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted David S. Hazzard, 50, of Rochester, on a felony DWI charge after being pulled over by State Police for speeding on the NYS Thruway in LeRoy on March 1, 2017.<\/p>\n

Hazzard has also been indicted on the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st after driving on a suspended\/revoked license.<\/p>\n

In the third count of the indictment, Hazzard is charged with circumventing an interlock device after driving a 1999 Toyota which was not equipped with an ignition interlock device.<\/p>\n

According to State Police, Hazzard had a prior DWI conviction within the last ten years(August 2010) and was required to operate a vehicle with an interlock device.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
