A Seven Springs road woman is accused of leaving her two small children out in the cold without adequate clothing or supervision on February 1, 2017 on West Main street.<\/p>\n

Tesla R. Plantiko, 25, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly allowed her two small children to go outside without adult supervision or proper clothing for weather while temperatures were in the low 20’s.<\/p>\n

Police say Plantiko was allegedly sleeping at the time of the incident at 4036 W. Main street road.<\/p>\n

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 26, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
