On June 17, 2017, Officer Tim Bryant was on foot patrol and observed an illegally parked vehicle, no location provided.<\/p>\n

Officer Tim Bryant stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. Officer Bryant performed a license check on the driver and it revealed that he had two active suspensions on his license.<\/p>\n

The driver was identified as Allen Tabor, no age provided, of Rochester, NY.<\/p>\n

Tabor is charged with aggravated unlicensed operator third degree, unlicensed operator and unlawful possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n
