A West Main street road woman is facing felony drug charges after being accused of selling cocaine in Genesee County.<\/p>\n
Denielle L. Mancuso, 39, of West Main street road, Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after allegedly selling cocaine on two occasions to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force.<\/p>\n
Mancuso is also charged with one count of criminal nuisance 1st, a class E felony.<\/p>\n
She was arraigned in Genesee County Court and jailed in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.<\/p>\n
Task Force members were assisted in the investigation by uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n

Charlene M. Poole, 46, of Donahue Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an incident at Wal-mart on Veterans Memorial Drive on June 21, 2017.<\/p>\n
She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 10, 2017.<\/p>\n
