Molly A. Chatley, 20, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd\/by electronic communication, after allegedly sending threatening messages to another person on Facebook on June 22, 2017.<\/p>\n

Chatley was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear on August 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Mary W. McGowen, 49, of Terry St., Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and driving left of pavement markings after a traffic stop following traffic offenses complaint in the Town of Byron on Terry street on June 21, 2017.<\/p>\n
